Short run Lasering

We have a short run laser facility providing duplex, simplex and label generation and statement printing.

Press Room

We have two mini web 5 colour perfector presses with installed Scitex for personalisation. These webs run at a speed of 1000 metres per minute, printing full colour and personalising simultaneously. Our press-room floor features a ten colour 5/5 B1 Komori, a 6 colour B1 Heidelberg SM102 with coater, a 5 colour B2 Komori Lithrone 28 with coater, a 4 colour Heidelberg B2 SM74 with coater and a Heidelberg B3 GTO.

Envelope Insertion Machinery

We can insert DL, C5 and C4. We can insert different sizes and different thickness simultaneously and can insert up to 180,000 units per day.

Finishing

We have a modern mailing line which offers the facility to collate, mail merge up to 18 pieces of personalised documentation, line glue, insert to envelopes, fold, re moist glue and chip-out.

Folding

We have extensive folding facilities which allow us to fold on-line and off-line to all standard specifications and special glued products.

Ancillary Equipment

We provide carrier-mounted stationery, special drilling & punching, stitching, binding, bursting & trimming.

Lettershop

We provide a hand-packing service for special mailings and special finishes where required. We also apply non standard labels by hand where necessary.

Mailmatch & Merge

We can merge up to 18 pieces of personalised documentation without error. The significance of this is that we can personalise books, brochures and match them to personalised letter’s offering significant market advantage.
